I confess that:
-I have gained 4.8 pounds over the past two weeks.
-I have had a bad couple of weeks and have been avoiding my blog.
-I have not been getting enough sleep at night.
-I have not been drinking enough water.
-I ate out for every meal last weekend (Friday-Sunday).
-I had two beers each night last Friday and Saturday.
-I ate half a slice of cheesecake for dessert last Saturday night.
-I have missed my strength workouts the last two Wednesday mornings.
-I missed my strength workout this Monday morning.
-I snacked on Fritos while cooking dinner on Wednesday night.
-I had a Piña Colada with dinner Wednesday night.
-I have eaten a piece of brownie with a little bit of ice cream at 9:30 the past two nights.
-I skipped Zumba last night.
-I ate a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal with a Dr Pepper last night.
-I am only human.
-I have setbacks.
-I don't have control over the stressors in my life.
-I do have control over how I react to these stressors!
