Monday I actually tracked everything I ate! I managed to stay 105 calories under my daily budget!! WooHoo!! I didn't do my workout that night, but I'm ok with that because it has been a long, crazy, hectic, busy week.
Tuesday I got up and ran 5 miles with Oreo. It was my second fastest 5 miles ever!

Yesterday was the first day of school for my boys. I have a 2nd and 6th grader! My little preschooler will start on Monday.

I tracked most of my food yesterday! I just didn't put in the protein shake I made for afternoon snack or the Albertsons chicken and potato wedges and coke I had for dinner. Unfortunately both of those add up to a TON of calories! I did burn off a few of those calories, though, mowing the front lawn before getting the kids in bed. 👍😉
Then I was surprised by my hubby with this lovely basket of all my favorite things (including a couple of cute workout shirts you can't see in this picture) and a movie to watch so we could snuggle up and relax for the night!
