Weight- 174.2 (down 3.4)
After stepping on the scale and seeing that number Friday morning, I went and bought a couple of used workout DVDs (The Biggest Loser 30 Day Jump Start and The Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout) and then headed to Boise for a little weekend get-away. Friday night a couple of friends and I watched the movie The Heat. It was hilarious! Melissa McCarthy did such a great job in that movie. I had given myself the weekend "off" from my "diet" so I had popcorn and soda at the movie. Then we went to The Olive Garden for dinner where I may have had two breadsticks to go with my Tour of Italy!
Saturday I slept in and then had my cup of coffee on the balcony. I worked on some scrapbooking and then went to get my run in. I headed down to the fitness room and hopped right onto a treadmill and got right to work on those 4 miles. I would like to say that it was easy or even that I ran the whole 4 miles, but I can't. It was miserable! The treadmill is so boring to me and I felt so hot and got so sweaty. I ended up walking a quarter of a mile after 2 miles of running. So of the 4 miles, I walked 3/4 mile of that! It doesn't look like I will be getting myself a treadmill after all. I really think they suck!
Biceps- 12 ( down 0.5 inches each)
Waist- 32.5 (down 0.5 inches)
Hips- 40 (same)
Thighs- 21 (same)
Calves- 14 (down 1 inch each)
I am working on getting myself back on track this week after a couple of days "off". Hopefully the scale will be my friend and not show a gain! Here's to another great month with some more great victories!
