After a rough and busy week, my weekend started with a little bit of a weight gain :(
Weight-175.6 (up 0.7 pounds)
Nothing horrible, but still a gain. I'm not going to dwell on it, though, I'm just going to keep on going. This is a journey to health, not just to weight loss. I need to remember that.
My relaxing day in Boise helped get my mind off of the little gain. I started it with a nice hour long massage (reward for 10lb weight loss). Then I went to lunch at Red Robin with a good friend I haven't seen in a couple of months. I hung out and chatted with her until it was time for my mani/pedi. After that I came home for a bit of family time watching the new movie "Escape From Planet Earth."

The weekend started with a nice run where I beat my fastest time and then picking up a nice big box full of fresh fruit and veggies from bountiful baskets. You should check them out! I think it is a great way to get in your fruit and veggies!
On the subject of food, I am working on putting together a post about the normal foods I eat. I know I have talked a lot about the workouts that I do, but not a lot on the food that I eat. I believe that what you're eating accounts for a huge percentage of your weight loss. I guess I have not felt very comfortable sharing the food side, though, because I could still really use to improve in that area. I'm hoping that by sharing on here it will help me to make better choices. Until then, here is a sneak peak at my breakfast from this morning ;)
