Just finished doing Jillian's 30 Day Shred (Level 1). I am on Day 7 out of 30 and will be moving up to Level 2 on Monday! Somehow I made it through even with 2 of my 3 children running all around and making a bunch of noise. It was hard to hear Jillian and do all the moves without bumping into them, but nothing is going to get in my way and stop me! This Girl Is On Fire!!
Then I did Day 1 of the June Mean Abs Challenge!
15 sit-ups (I don't think I have done those since High School)
5 crunches
10 seconds holding plank
and
10 pushups (I actually did these up on my toes, not on my knees!!)
