I don't have a lot of time to blog right now because work is crazy busy, but I wanted to check in real quickly. First of all, I am getting myself back on track with my eating. Score! Next, I have been keeping up with my Half Marathon training very well. 7 miles this weekend!! I'm actually looking forward to it. Last I wanted to share my measurements for the month!
Weight-173.2 (up 0.9 lb from last week)
- my poor eating caught up to me, but that has changed
Biceps- 12 inches (same)
Waist- 32.5 inches (down 1/2 inch)
Hips- 39.5 inches (down 1/2 inch)
Thighs- 21 inches (same)
Calves- 14 inches (same)
As you can see, there were no big changes this month :( At least my two biggest problem areas (waist and hips) went down some, though. :)
Well I better get back to the piles of work I need to get done. See you next week! Hopefully with a big weight loss to share!
