My weigh in went better this week!
Weight- 172.1 (down 1.1lbs)
With my weight gain from the previous week, I was happy to see a loss this week. I feel like I am more in maintenance mode right now, though. The scale is still moving in the correct direction, but at a very, very, very slow pace. Over the past 2 weeks it has gone down only 0.2lbs! This is NOT where I want to be! I NEED to get back into weight loss mode! I NEED to get motivated again!
I know all of this, but it has really been hard so far this month (and doesn't look like it is going to get any easier anytime soon)! This month is just one thing after another all month long.
It all started August 1st when I needed to work more hours a day in order to keep up with business. Then August 8th there was a huge lightning storm that started 2 big wildfires near our town causing poor air quality with all the smoke. Then just yesterday my 2 boys started school adding drop offs (they are in 2 different schools this year), pick ups, homework, etc. to my already busy day.
Then next week, my daughter will start preschool (yet another school for drop offs and pick ups) and the week after that they will all start Awanas. Then it is my Anniversary! Then my hubby will be taking a week long trip out of town.
I need to find some balance with ALL of this added busyness!

I have not fit in one workout since my run on Saturday morning! On the bright side, though, I DID run my 7 miles. It was a pretty good run, too. I finished in 1 hour and 17 minutes averaging an 11 min/mile pace. I have not only been able to add distance to my runs, but have also increased my pace. I am SO proud of myself for that!.
Tell me, how do you find balance in your life? I feel as though I am really struggling with that right now.
