Weight- 177.6 (down 1 pound!)
Biceps- 12.5 (down 0.5 inches each)
Waist- 33 (down 1.5 inches!)
Hips- 40 (down 1 inch!)
Thighs- 21 (same)
Calves- 15 (same)
In only 3 months, I have lost 15 pounds and a total of 11 inches! I have lost 1/2" in each bicep, 4" in my waist, 2" in my hips, 1" in each thigh, and 1" in each calf! My biceps, thighs, and calves feel more muscular even though they haven't gotten much smaller. My waist and hips are my big problem areas and to see them shrinking is awesome!
This weekend I went on a run with my 5k partner and it was kind of fun to push her along. Maybe I could become a trainer some day.;) She had to take a few weeks off from her training due to an injury and is now catching up, but she is doing awesome! We are down to our last 3 weeks until our 5k and I am getting pretty excited!
On my 3 mile run this morning, though, I ran into a snake! It sure got my heartrate up! As if it wasn't already up enough.;) So I guess I am going to need to keep an eye out for those critters a bit more now that the weather is all warmed up.
Well, I guess that is it for today. Hopefully I will have more time later this week for more, but I have been staying overwhelmingly busy with school out and everything.
