Well the scale wasn't my friend this week. Too much fun last weekend and/or the bacon cheeseburger, fries, and coke from Thursday night caused a weight gain. :(
Weight- 175.7 (up 1.5lbs)
The weather wasn't really my friend last week, either. So I had to change up my workout routine. Running at 6AM on Mon, Wed, and Sat. 30 Day Shred on Tues and Thurs mornings. Biggest Loser Jumpstart and Last Chance Workout on Mon, Tues, and Wed evening. An hour of yoga on Sunday. This seemed to work out well for me, so I plan on repeating it this week. When the highs are in the 100's Zumba is NOT an option!

The 4th of July ended up turning into a nice evening, though, after the HUGE wind and rain storm. The kids really enjoyed the pop-its, sparklers, and fireworks we did and then the fireworks show! But it led to very tired and grumpy kids afterward. Worth it though! (I think)
Saturday I got up and ran 4 miles finishing up week 2 of Hal Higdon's Novice 1 Half Marathon training! My runs have really been feeling great lately! Then this morning I started week 3 with a 3.5 mile run in 40 mins (a 11:30 min/mile pace!) After walking a little ways, I decided to sprint a little ways and got in about 1/10th of a mile at an 8 min/mile pace! I felt so great afterwards! WOW! I am really getting into this running and it's amazing!
