I am very excited to inform you all that I lost a total of 2.7 pounds this week!
Weight- 174.9 (down 2.7 pounds!)

While I am very excited about these victories, the best one is that my hubby has said that my curves are getting "toned" and that I am a "fit girl!" You have no idea what this means to me! This is very motivating and encouraging to me!
While I have had some really motivating and positive victories, I have also been very busy and so I have slacked off some. I did not do the June Ab challenge either Friday or Saturday (and haven't even done it yet today (keep your fingers crossed)) and didn't do the 30 Day Shred today either. I have still worked out, but not fit in my second workout or the challenge. I think I may have overestimated what I am capable of fitting into my busy schedule. I may need to reassess my workout schedule or cut back some. With the huge loss this week, though, I sure wish I didn't have to cut back! I would love to have that big of a loss every week!
So here is what my workout schedule looks like right now:
Monday and Wednesday - run 3 miles in the AM (45 mins), 30 Day Shred and Ab Challenge in the afternoon (30 mins)
Tuesday and Thursday - 30 Day Shred and Ab Challenge in the AM (30 mins), Zumba at night (60 mins)
Every other Friday - 30 Day Shred and Ab Challenge in the AM (30 mins)
The other Friday - Ab Challenge (10 mins)
Saturday - run 3 miles in the AM (45 mins), Ab Challenge in the afternoon (10 mins)
Sunday - Rest!
That is only a total of nearly 7 hours of working out per week, but it has been very hard for me to fit in!
What are your thoughts on what I should do?
