The other thing I want to start is this June challenge:
I am getting so excited about my new workout plan! I just hope my 3 yo, 6 yo, and 9 yo will cooperate with me ;). I know that the 9 yo will! He joined me for my 1 mile run this morning and the 30 Day Shred DVD. (Well at least part of it)
I ran 1 mile this morning to see how fast I could run it. I came in at 10:03 minutes. I didn't get a picture before my watch transferred the data to my computer so here is the proof from my computer:
