Tuesday PM-Zumba (1 hr)
Wednesday-Level 2 of Jillian's 30 Day Shred (30 mins)
Thursday AM-Eliptical (45 mins)
Thursday PM-Zumba (1 hr)
Saturday or Sunday-Run 2.5 miles (30 mins)
The Tuesday and Thursday AM workouts won't always happen, though, because that is when I set up appointments for myself and have a Bible study class scheduled for occasionally.
I really need to work at sticking to this plan and setting up a plan for eating healthier! What are your plans for this new year?
